The office at Sunrise is to manage property NOT rentals and is closed on weekends.

SUNRISE RULES
GENERAL RULES:
• Wrist Bands must be worn on Sunrise property
• All vehicles must have a valid parking permit.
• Sunrise is a NON-SMOKING facility. This includes medicinal items and Vapes. (designated area near N. Atlantic Ave on the South side near exit sign).
• Trash chutes are located near the elevators on each floor- please place garbage in a trash bag.
• Occupancy Limits: New Smyrna Beach Fire codes: Three bedroom = 8 person, Two bedroom= 6 persons, One bedroom =4 persons. Occupancy limits will be strictly enforced
• There is a gas grill located on the South side of the building. Grills are not permitted in common areas or balconies.
VEHICLES & PETS:
• Parking is by permit only! Display permit on rear view mirror facing out and visible.
All vehicles must have a VALID parking permit- if your vehicle does not have a valid permit, it will be TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENSE!
• 15 Minute parking is available for loading & unloading only.
• No Skateboards, rollerblades/skates or one wheels are permitted on property-
E-Bikes and Bicycles must be walked through common areas.
TURTLE NESTING SEASON:
• May 1- Oct 31st. Please keep outside lights off and blinds closed when possible, during these months

GAS GRILL:
BALCONIES/HALLWAYS:
• Do not throw/toss items over balconies
• Do not hang towels/clothing on balconies
• No loitering in hallways and elevators.
• Do not leave beach chairs and beach items outside of your unit or in hallways
• Do not leave beach items on lawn
• Gas and charcoal grills are not permitted on balcony or common areas-Propane grill is located on Southwest end of building.
CHILDREN AND SAFETY:
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult while on Sunrise property.
• Do not hold elevators open.
• Do not allow children on the athletic courts unsupervised.
POOL RULES:
• Pool is open from dawn until dusk
• Shower before entering pool to remove sand and sunscreen
• Do not remove lounge chairs from the pool deck.
• No balls, frisbees, surfboards, boogie boards or floats permitted in pool-
(child swim aides are permitted – pool noodles are permitted)
• No Horse play (throwing children, putting people on shoulders)
• Babies must wear swim diapers
• Bathing suits only- No cut offs
• No glass in pool area! Alcoholic beverages are permitted.
• Swimmers must stay off pool ropes all times
• No water Balloons
• No external radios allowed (headphones only)
PROPERTY:
• Gas grill located Southwest end of building
• Clean grill after use
• Please replace cover once grill has cooled
• Guests are not permitted to have pets on-site, unless it is a service animal (must be approved prior to arrival)
• Excessive barking or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated
• Please pick up after your pet- designated waste areas are located near the front of the building.

To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all residents and guests, the following rules must be observed during your stay:
SIGN AND RETURN ASAP- PRIOR TO GUEST ARRIVAL
All guests agree to comply with property rules and regulations, including but not limited to parking, pool, noise and amenity rules and regulations. Guests will be removed from the property if they fail to follow rules and regulations.
