If you must cancel, security deposit refund may be obtained with 14 day notice for
weekly tenants, and 90 day notice for monthly tenants. All cancellations subject to $50.

No boats, RVs or trailers allowed.
CHECK-IN time is between 2 p.m. & 5 p.m. CHECK-OUT time is 10 a.m., and strictly
enforced. Late check-outs will be charged $50.
Office closes at 5 p.m. Late arrivals must notify us.
